- Perform quality assurance checks with 99.9% accuracy requirements
- Process high-volume transactions during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Generate and analyze daily performance reports for leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during handover periods
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive information
- Train on proprietary data management tools and workflows
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional data entry experience
- Proven 10,000+ keystrokes per hour with 98% accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
- Ability to work independently overnight with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and error-spotting capabilities
- Experience with ERP/SAP systems preferred
- Valid Oregon ID and reliable transportation
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities during peak hours
