- Accurately input and update data into company databases and spreadsheets with a high degree of precision.
- Review source documents for errors, discrepancies, or missing information.
- Verify and correct data as needed to ensure 99.9% accuracy.
- Organize and file physical and electronic documents according to established protocols.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive customer and company information.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure a seamless transition of data and tasks.
- Perform routine data cleaning and deduplication tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or related fields.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 45 WPM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
