- Accurately input, verify, and maintain high-volume data in multiple databases and systems
- Perform data audits and quality checks to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Process and reconcile transaction records with precision
- Generate daily productivity reports and performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and data security standards
- Train on new software systems and process improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume data entry experience
- Proven ability to type 8,000+ keystrokes per hour with 99% accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle preferred
