- Perform daily data reconciliation and quality control checks to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Utilize advanced Excel functions for data manipulation and report generation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations
- Optimize data entry workflows through continuous process improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with 99% accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Experience with ERP/SAP systems preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
