Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain large datasets across multiple platforms
- Perform data validation and quality checks with 99.5% accuracy requirement
- Process high-volume transactions within nightly SLA targets
- Generate daily productivity reports and audit trails
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client information
- Utilize proprietary software and Microsoft Office Suite efficiently
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with 99% accuracy
- Proficiency in Excel pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- US citizenship or permanent residency required
