Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update customer and product data into the company database.
- Verify the accuracy of entered information and resolve discrepancies immediately.
- Sort, file, and maintain physical or digital records to ensure easy retrieval.
- Communicate effectively with the night shift supervisor regarding data issues.
- Ensure strict confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
- Perform regular data audits to maintain high standards of quality control.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles.
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with a high degree of accuracy.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
