Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems
- Verify and cross-reference information for completeness and accuracy
- Process transactions and documentation with strict attention to detail
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and proprietary software for data management
- Identify and report discrepancies or anomalies in data sets
- Adhere to company confidentiality policies and data security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in data entry or administrative role
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and data management software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
- Basic knowledge of database structures and data validation
