Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and update customer and company data into our proprietary database systems.
- Review data for discrepancies or errors and correct any issues immediately.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security of all sensitive information.
- Organize and file physical and digital documents to ensure easy retrieval.
- Assist the night operations team with general administrative support tasks.
- Perform regular backups and data quality checks to ensure system integrity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous data entry experience preferred but not mandatory (training provided).
- Proven typing speed of 45+ WPM.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and data entry software.
- Must be available to work full-time night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
