- Greet and welcome visitors warmly as they arrive, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails promptly to the correct departments or individuals.
- Manage the front desk check-in process, including logging visitors and distributing visitor badges.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with accuracy.
- Perform light data entry and maintain accurate filing systems for office documents.
- Assist with general office upkeep to ensure the reception area remains tidy and organized.
Qualifications
- No prior receptionist experience required; training is provided.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work evenings (typically 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM) and occasional weekends.
