Responsibilities
- Accurately input and maintain client data across multiple platforms with 99.9% precision
- Perform daily data reconciliation and quality assurance checks
- Process high-volume transactions during overnight shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
- Utilize provided ergonomic equipment including keyboards, scanners, and dual monitors
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive information
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve data discrepancies
- Meet/exceed daily productivity targets while maintaining accuracy standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 6 months data entry experience with proven accuracy track record
- Ability to type 55+ WPM with 98%+ accuracy (typing test required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Comfortable working independently during overnight shifts
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to downtown Nashville location
