Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain complex datasets across multiple platforms
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Process high-volume transactions with strict adherence to deadlines
- Generate daily reports and analytics for management review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Maintain strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive client information
- Utilize specialized software tools for data extraction and transformation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of data entry experience with proven accuracy metrics
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to type 60+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Experience with database systems (SQL or similar preferred)
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance record
- High school diploma or equivalent required
