Responsibilities
- Accurately input and maintain alphanumeric data in proprietary systems with 99.5% precision
- Process and verify digital forms, invoices, and customer records during overnight hours
- Perform daily quality audits to identify and correct data discrepancies
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols for sensitive information handling
- Collaborate with remote teams via Slack during shift transitions for seamless workflow
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and proprietary software for data management tasks
- Participate in monthly performance reviews with personalized growth plans
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Minimum 45 WPM typing speed with 98% accuracy (assessment provided)
