Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening and weekend shifts.
- Resolve complex technical issues and account discrepancies with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions and continuity of service.
- Adhere strictly to company protocols, data privacy policies, and safety regulations.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and communicate suggestions for process improvement.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or technical support is highly valued.
- Must be available to work evenings (e.g., 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
