Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat during evening and weekend hours.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues for enterprise clients with high precision.
- Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system accurately and promptly.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and patience while de-escalating complex technical situations.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless issue handovers and continuity of service.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and new software releases to provide accurate guidance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support or technical help desk roles preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace at home (if remote) or availability to commute.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the shift schedule.
