Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical and product support to customers via phone, email, and live chat during evening shifts.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries with patience and professionalism.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and process efficiency.
- Adhere to company policies and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or technical support.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during evening hours.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to our Oakland office.
