As a Night Shift Customer Service Specialist, you will be the bridge between our clients and our solutions, ensuring seamless operations after hours. We offer a modern, inclusive workplace culture that prioritizes employee growth and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening hours.
- Resolve complex issues and escalate tickets to upper management when necessary with precision and empathy.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service logs in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handover of ongoing projects.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on support tickets to maintain high service standards.
- Assist in the onboarding of new evening staff members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts.
- Must be available to work between 6:00 PM and 2:00 AM, Monday through Friday.
