Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, chat, and in-person interactions
- Handle high-volume reservations and event coordination
- Resolve client issues with empathy and efficiency
- Maintain accurate documentation using CRM systems
- Collaborate with security and venue teams during peak hours
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Conduct nightly venue safety checks
Qualifications
- Availability to work 20-30 hours/week (4:00 PM - 2:00 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure during busy periods
- Valid Oregon driver's license (for venue transportation)
- Previous customer service experience preferred
