- Collaboration: Work closely with the day-shift team to ensure seamless continuity of service.

Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

- Reliability: Must be available to work rotating evening shifts, including weekends.
