Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, scan, and process incoming packages and merchandise during evening shifts.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, while adhering to strict safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile stock discrepancies with high precision.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to the shift supervisor.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
