Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Receive, verify, and document incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and prevent loss.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision and speed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate scanning equipment (RF scanners) to track inventory levels and update systems.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required (comprehensive training provided).
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if necessary.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical labor.
