Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders while maintaining accuracy standards
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment safely
- Manage inventory counts and documentation in our WMS system
- Load/unload trucks with proper lifting techniques and teamwork
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace following OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license preferred (forklift certification provided)
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Team player with reliable attendance record
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
