Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual lifting techniques
- Inspect incoming goods for damage and accuracy against shipping manifests
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated warehouse zones using RF scanners
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and speed
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and follow all OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure safety compliance
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company training
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
