Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during assigned night shifts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using established ticketing systems and protocols.
- Document all client interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with day-shift supervisors to ensure seamless handovers and continuity of support.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior technical teams for resolution.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and empathy in all client communications.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in a related field is preferred.
- Must be available to work a consistent set night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Proven experience in customer service or technical support is a strong plus.
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high productivity levels.
