Responsibilities
- Process guest check-ins/check-outs during overnight shifts
- Manage daily reconciliation of front desk cash flows
- Handle guest inquiries with exceptional professionalism
- Monitor security systems & resolve facility issues
- Generate daily financial reports for management
- Coordinate with housekeeping & maintenance teams
- Maintain accurate guest records in PMS systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years hospitality or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical & accounting aptitude
- Proficiency with hotel management software
- Exceptional communication & problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently overnight shifts
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
- Basic first aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
