Responsibilities
- Manage guest flow and ensure venue safety protocols
- Execute event setup/breakdown according to specifications
- Provide exceptional customer service to attendees
- Operate point-of-sale systems for ticketing/merchandise
- Collaborate with vendors and security teams
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain inventory of event materials and supplies
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with reliable transportation
- Previous event/conference experience preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Basic POS system knowledge or willingness to learn
- Physical stamina for standing/walking 6-8 hour shifts
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
