Responsibilities
- Manage overnight front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Perform daily audits of guest accounts and financial transactions
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency situations
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight requests
- Generate end-of-day reports and prepare morning shift handoff documentation
- Handle cash management and POS reconciliation
- Maintain accurate records of guest incidents and maintenance issues
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in basic computer systems and hotel management software
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Oregon driver's license with clean driving record (if required for errands)
