Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day reconciliation of daily transactions and financial reports
- Manage check-in/check-out processes for late-arriving guests
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency protocols
- Handle guest inquiries with exceptional customer service
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Prepare operational summaries for morning management team
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and guest feedback
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong accounting and reconciliation skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Proficient in property management systems (Opera/PMS)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Valid Texas Driver's License (if required for errands)
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
