Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Process guest check-ins/check-outs and handle billing inquiries
- Balance daily financial transactions and generate end-of-day reports
- Respond to guest emergencies and maintenance requests promptly
- Maintain security protocols and monitor surveillance systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for operational needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficient with hotel management software (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Multilingual abilities (Spanish/English) highly valued
