Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant neural architectures capable of processing multi-modal data streams in real-time.
- Lead the integration of machine learning models with next-gen quantum processing units to enhance algorithmic efficiency.
- Develop and enforce robust safety protocols and alignment strategies for autonomous agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of neuroscientists, software engineers, and ethicists to refine system capabilities.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce computational overhead for edge deployment scenarios.
- Conduct research into novel loss functions and optimization techniques for non-linear problem spaces.
- Mentor junior engineers and define technical roadmaps for the AI infrastructure team.

Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- 5+ years of professional experience designing large-scale machine learning systems at top-tier tech companies or research institutions.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and JAX.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, safety, and responsible AI principles.
