Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable infrastructure capable of supporting next-generation LLMs and multimodal AI agents expected to emerge by 2026.
- Roadmap Leadership: Define the technical vision and roadmap for AI infrastructure, ensuring alignment with long-term company goals.
- Optimize Compute Efficiency: Implement advanced model quantization and pruning techniques to reduce latency and operational costs.
- System Integration: Lead the integration of AI models with legacy enterprise systems, ensuring seamless interoperability.
- Ethical AI Oversight: Establish frameworks and guardrails to ensure AI deployments adhere to safety and ethical standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with data scientists, product managers, and security teams to translate technical requirements into architectural solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on Machine Learning infrastructure or distributed systems.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go, with strong experience in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- AI Proficiency: Hands-on experience with training, fine-tuning, and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs).
- System Design: Strong ability to design fault-tolerant, high-availability systems and microservices architectures.
