Responsibilities
- Manage book circulation, returns, and inventory using ILS systems
- Assist patrons with research, digital resources, and technology troubleshooting
- Organize and maintain library collections and physical spaces
- Develop and implement engaging community programs (children's events, workshops)
- Process interlibrary loans and manage digital content platforms
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve patron inquiries
- Collaborate with team on collection development and outreach initiatives
