Responsibilities
- Assist patrons with locating materials, digital resources, and library services
- Process new acquisitions, manage circulation systems, and maintain accurate records
- Conduct basic reference inquiries and technology assistance
- Support children's and adult programming initiatives
- Organize and maintain physical and digital collections
- Participate in community outreach events and partnerships
- Operate integrated library systems (ILS) and assistive technology
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new technologies
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment
