Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related STEM field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in quantum computing or advanced AI infrastructure.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks. Strong background in classical parallel computing (CUDA/OpenCL).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing large-scale projects from conception to deployment.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, multi-variable problems in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
