- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to predict industry disruptions and opportunities
- Design strategic frameworks for technology adoption and innovation incubation
- Present insights and recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Drive organizational culture of experimentation and agile innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, blockchain, AR/VR, and climate tech
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities for diverse audiences
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Experience scaling innovation labs in Fortune 500 environments
