Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision framework through scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in quantum computing and synthetic biology
- Produce high-impact foresight reports for executive decision-making and investor communications
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs globally
- Oversee the development of AI-driven trend forecasting tools and predictive models
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
- Represent the company at global conferences on future technologies and societal impact
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products or policies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AGI, climate tech, neurotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology journals
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI platforms
