Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Develop a comprehensive vision and execution plan for emerging technologies, with a primary focus on AI integration and automation.
- Strategic Forecasting: Analyze market trends and technological advancements to identify high-impact opportunities for growth and competitive advantage.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, product, and executive teams to translate strategic goals into actionable technical initiatives.
- AI Ethics & Governance: Establish frameworks for responsible AI development, ensuring compliance with global standards and ethical guidelines.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders to secure buy-in and secure budget for innovation projects.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in technology leadership, with at least 5 years specifically in strategic AI or Future Tech roles.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and predictive analytics tools.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and lead diverse teams effectively.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term product and technology strategies.
