Responsibilities
- Safely walk and supervise 2-4 dogs simultaneously in upscale Boston neighborhoods
- Provide personalized care plans for high-value breeds and special-needs pets
- Maintain detailed digital logs of walks, behavior notes, and client communications
- Coordinate with clients via our premium app for scheduling and updates
- Administer basic first aid and emergency protocols when needed
- Represent our brand with professional appearance and exceptional service standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years professional dog handling experience with premium clientele
- Certification in Pet First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Expertise in dog behavior management and leash training
- Reliable transportation with climate-controlled pet carrier
- Availability for early mornings, evenings, and weekend shifts
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Background check and clean driving record required
