Responsibilities
- Execute safe and timely dog walks for clients' pets, ensuring proper leash handling and behavior management.
- Administer prescribed medications and dietary supplements under client instructions.
- Monitor pets for any signs of illness or distress and report immediate concerns to management.
- Collect and return pet waste in a sanitary manner to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Provide detailed, photo-based updates to pet parents after each visit to ensure peace of mind.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while representing the Paws & Claws brand.
- Secure client properties upon departure and ensure all equipment is cleaned and stored properly.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Previous experience with dogs is preferred but not required; a genuine passion for animals is essential.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong time management skills and punctuality are mandatory.
- Passion for customer service and the ability to communicate effectively with pet owners.
- Must pass a background check and provide proof of vaccinations.
