Responsibilities
- Execute specialty coffee preparation with precision and artistry
- Train and develop barista staff on brewing techniques and customer service
- Manage inventory, ordering, and quality control of coffee products

- Foster a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons
- Maintain pristine equipment and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with management on operational improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of specialty coffee experience with proven latte art skills
- Expert knowledge of espresso machines and brewing methods
- Strong leadership and team mentoring abilities
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work high-volume shifts efficiently
- Food Safety Manager certification preferred
