Responsibilities
- Master espresso extraction and specialty brewing techniques
- Train and mentor junior baristas on service excellence
- Develop seasonal drink menus using premium ingredients
- Manage inventory and ensure quality control standards
- Handle customer inquiries with product expertise
- Collaborate with kitchen team on food-coffee pairings
- Maintain pristine café aesthetics and hygiene
Qualifications
- 3+ years specialty coffee experience with latte art certification
- Proven leadership in fast-paced service environments
- Deep knowledge of coffee origins, roasts, and brewing methods
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management
- Food handler certification preferred
