Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee/espresso drinks with precision
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations and customer areas
- Upsell products and suggest food pairings to enhance sales
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with team members during peak evening rush periods
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene protocols
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old (required for evening shifts)
- Available to work 4-5 evenings per week (minimum 20 hours)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Reliable transportation to/from evening shifts
- No prior barista experience needed (training provided)
