Responsibilities
- Prepare and Serve: Expertly prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, pour-overs, and teas, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Customer Experience: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide exceptional service to ensure a memorable experience for every guest.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workspace, including the espresso machine, dining area, and restrooms.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and support fellow staff members.
- Inventory Management: Assist with restocking supplies, food items, and cleaning products as needed.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: A positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn are the most important qualifications.
- Availability: Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Communication: Basic English communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly.
- Enthusiasm: A genuine passion for coffee and a desire to provide excellent customer service.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects (up to 25 lbs).
