Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and seasonal specials, according to standard recipes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workspace, including the coffee bar, dining area, and restrooms.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, handling cash and card transactions with precision.
- Engage with customers warmly to take orders, answer questions, and ensure a memorable in-store experience.
- Clean and sanitize equipment and utensils in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Follow inventory management procedures to minimize waste and ensure product availability.
Qualifications
- No prior coffee experience required; we provide comprehensive paid training for the right candidates.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, outgoing, and positive attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Basic math skills for handling cash, inventory counts, and recipe measurements.
