- Collaborate with roasters to source premium beans
- Maintain pristine café standards and hygiene protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years specialty coffee experience with portfolio
- Expert-level espresso certification (e.g., SCA Espresso)
- Proven leadership and team training abilities
- Deep knowledge of coffee origins and brewing methods
- Ability to multitask in high-volume environments
- Flexibility with early morning/weekend shifts
- Food handler permit required
