Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare specialty coffee beverages using advanced techniques (latte art, pour-overs, cold brew)
- Train and mentor junior baristas on brewing methods and customer service excellence
- Manage inventory of premium coffee beans and artisanal ingredients
- Develop seasonal drink menus featuring locally sourced ingredients
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences through personalized service
- Maintain pristine workspace and equipment hygiene standards
- Collaborate with management on operational improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years professional barista experience in high-volume, premium settings
- Advanced certification in coffee brewing (SCA or equivalent)
- Portfolio demonstrating latte art mastery and brewing expertise
- Proven ability to train and develop staff
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong inventory management and POS proficiency
- Passion for specialty coffee trends and sustainability practices
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
