Responsibilities
- Execute complex espresso extraction and specialty brewing techniques with precision
- Train and mentor junior baristas on coffee excellence and customer engagement
- Develop seasonal menu innovations using premium local ingredients
- Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and quality control protocols
- Deliver personalized service to discerning clientele in a high-volume environment
- Collaborate with the culinary team on coffee-pairing experiences
- Lead daily opening/closing procedures with operational excellence
Qualifications
- 3+ years specialty coffee experience with advanced latte art certification
- Expert knowledge of coffee origins, roasting profiles, and brewing science
- Proven ability to train and motivate teams in premium service settings
- Inventory management and POS system proficiency
- Exceptional communication skills with diverse clientele
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
