- Execute specialty coffee brewing techniques with precision and consistency
- Train and mentor junior baristas on advanced latte art and brewing methods
- Develop seasonal menu innovations featuring locally sourced ingredients
- Manage inventory control and maintain premium equipment
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized beverage recommendations
- Ensure flawless café operations during peak hours

Qualifications
- 3+ years of specialty coffee experience with proven latte art skills
- Expert knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong leadership abilities and team management experience
