- Master espresso extraction and latte art techniques to deliver flawless specialty beverages
- Train and mentor junior baristas on coffee preparation and customer service excellence
- Develop seasonal menus featuring locally-sourced ingredients and innovative flavor profiles
- Manage inventory of premium coffee beans, syrups, and equipment with meticulous precision
- Foster an upscale customer experience through personalized recommendations and engaging interactions
- Maintain pristine workspace hygiene and equipment maintenance standards
- Collaborate with management on operational improvements and quality control initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional barista experience with advanced espresso certification
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional latte art and beverage innovation skills
- Proven leadership experience in high-volume cafe environments
- Deep knowledge of coffee origins, roasting profiles, and brewing methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on luxury customer service
