- Manage inventory ordering and maintain pristine equipment hygiene
- Curate personalized customer experiences through product knowledge and recommendations
- Collaborate with kitchen team on food-coffee pairings and promotions
- Uphold brand standards in ambiance, presentation, and sustainability practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years specialty coffee experience with advanced latte art certification
- Expert knowledge of coffee origins, roasting profiles, and brewing methods
- Proven leadership ability in fast-paced service environments
- Exceptional communication skills with a hospitality-first mindset
- Ability to multitask efficiently during peak hours while maintaining quality
- Basic inventory management and POS proficiency
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
