Responsibilities
- Masterfully prepare specialty coffee beverages using premium single-origin beans
- Mentor junior baristas and maintain consistent quality standards
- Develop seasonal drink menus and optimize brewing techniques
- Deliver personalized customer experiences through product knowledge
- Manage inventory, ordering, and equipment maintenance
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture
Qualifications
- 3+ years of specialty coffee experience with latte art certification
- Proven leadership skills in fast-paced service environments
- Extensive knowledge of coffee origins, roasts, and brewing methods
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings and weekends
- ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification preferred
